This year, One Roof is organizing several events to honor our first ever National Homeless Awareness Week, which will further our mission of educating our community about homelessness and barriers to housing and offer ways to advocate for those in housing crisis in central Alabama. Homeless Awareness week is held each year the week before Thanksgiving.  National Homeless Awareness Week will be held from November 15-23, 2014.  We invite everyone 18 years of age and older to be a part of these events!

Snacks and beverages will be provided at both events!

One Roof is partnering with the YWCA Central Alabama and the Low Income Housing Coalition of Alabama to bring this awareness raising event to our community.
