CoC Funding Opportunities
HUD Information
One Roof is the lead agency responsible for submitting the notice for funding to Housing & Urban Development (HUD). This continuum brings in around 10 million dollars for funding to agencies who provide housing services. Each year the continuum votes and ranks which projects will be funded for the next year grant cycle. In order to be considered for HUD funding, an agency must:
Attend 80% of membership meetings.
Be current in membership dues.
Participate in One Roof events. (Point In Time, Cardboard Connect, etc.)
Participate in Coordinated Entry and in HMIS unless it is a Victim Services Provider.

9/12/2023 The One Roof Continuum of Care has approved for Submission to the HUD 2023 CoC Competition the ranking and Scoring results as listed in the chart below.

In order to meet HUD requirements and to be transparent to our community, we are posting this document, the CoC Collaborative Application. Each of the individual projects was posted in the Priority Listing Document. This document outlines the work of the entire Continuum, work that promotes best practices and tries to involve all stakeholders in the mission to prevent and end homelessness as we know it today.
